Lighting Audits

The first step in any successful LED retrofit is to audit your facility. LIT will gather all the information on your current lighting system, maintenance costs, KwH rate, and hours of operation in order to provide you with a detailed analysis and proposed solutions. A lighting audit also allows you to identify areas of need or concern, areas that may benefit from lighting controls, and other electrical issues that may need to be addressed during your LED retrofit.

Rebates & Tax Incentives

Light Improvement Technologies will assist clients with any local, state, or federal rebate and/or tax incentive opportunities related to their LED lighting retrofit. Taking advantage of energy efficiency programs can greatly reduce the cost of your project.
